The School Health Service is delivered by teams of School Health Nurses. They are registered nurses who have undertaken specialist training in public health for children, young people and families. They promote the health and well-being of children and young people in the following ways: Home Visits, Hearing Screening, Health Needs Assessments, Child Measurement programmes, Bed-wetting, Child Protection, Liaison and referral, and Health Education. If you have any concerns regarding your child's health or well-being, please contact us and the School Health Nurse will return your call.
