Date:27th April 2018
Good afternoon everyone,
The week began with a Mass in the Reception Classroom to celebrate it's opening and the feast day of Saint George. Father Lamb reminded us how Saint George's faith in God gave him the courage to make the right choices even when they are difficult.
PIONEER TRIP - Y6
This week our Year 6 children visited the Pioneer Centre for their two night residential trip with four members of staff.
It was wonderful to visit everyone yesterday and see everyone taking part in a range of sports and team building exercises so independently. I'm sure the children have made some very happy memories that they will cherish for many years to come. Thank you to Miss Holtom, Miss Crumpler, Miss Brewer, Mrs Joyner, Mrs McCormack and Miss Wright for organising the trip.
YEAR 5 TAG RUGBY
On Wednesday of this week a group of Year 5 children went along to Kidderminster Carolians to take part in a Tag Rugby event organised by the Police.
The children and staff braved the elements and had an enjoyable day competing against other schools in the area.
We would like to extend a big thank you to parents who assisted with lifts to and from the event and also to Mrs Neri and Mrs Joyner for supporting the children.
LETTER FROM FATHER LAMB
Thank you to everyone who has returned their letter regarding a visit from a Parish Representative. Could we also ask that you add a number that you can be contacted on. A Parish Representative will then call you to arrange a suitable date and time to visit. The purpose of the visit is to help you support your son or daughter on their continuing Journey of Faith.
